The Bankruptcy laws have changed and we are just now seeing the results of the new bankruptcy law. The number of bankruptcy filings is still down more than 50% and many bankruptcy attorneys are suffering. Though this does not seem too talked about much in the news, there have been many lawyers who’s office what exclusively bankruptcy that are now having to do other types of law to keep the doors open.

Also, many hours have been put into talking with the local bankruptcy trustees to make sure that everyone is one same page and to give the courts feedback on what is working and what is not working with the new bankruptcy law.
