Time Matters
I am currently working on entering hearing results into the Time Matters database. This is a new program for us, and it is taking some time to learn how to navigate and do all of the things that need to be done, as is generally the case when switching to a new program. When it is up and running properly it will be a very useful tool and will allow us to be much more efficient. However, at this juncture it is frustrating, and I feel like it is taking far more time to complete routine tasks than it ever did before. I just keep repeating to myself– “Change is inevitable, growth is optional,” a seemingly profound phrase that I saw on a Church billboard the other day. I find those words rolling around in my head on an almost daily basis these days.
