Bankruptcy Discharge
A bankruptcy discharge is a good thing. It means what ever debts you owe for before you file now you don,t. With that discharge now you can start rebuilding your credit, no you don’t need to wait ten years. Creditor will be sending you offers within six months now that doesn’t mean that they will be good offers so you need to read them.
A couple that over the last several years both of them losing their jobs have file 2 chapter 13 to keep from losing their home. In the end they still lost their home because they are still not making the money that they were when they bought the home. SO on their credit they have two chapter 13 dismissed and a foreclosure. So we talked about doing a chapter 7 yes that means they will have three bankruptcy’s now but big deal they will have a discharge, that will put a end to what the first two bankruptcy’s started. After they get the higher paying jobs back they will be able to go and buy another home replacing the one they lost before.
