Request for expedited hearings
While in Chapter 13 case many debtor will have pre-approved financing for home or auto and need approval very quickly from the courts to incur debt. An expedited hearing should only be requested if you are homeless, home is being foreclosed on, auto has been repossessed or totaled in accident. A motion to incur in chapter 13 bankrutpcy should not be set for expedited hearing unless dire situtation or rush requires it.
