This debt has been discharged by the United States Bankruptcy court. However, your organization continues collection attempts which is a violation of Federal Bankruptcy Law and subject to court sanction. If you continue to contact my client, and try to collect funds that have been discharged under Federal Law, I will be forced to file an adversary proceeding against you in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
