Re: Interlocutory Order

Dear Mr And Ms LastName:

The attorney has signed an interlocutory order on your behalf in response to the trustee’s motion to Dismiss for failure to make payments. The agreement provides that you will pay $00.00 by 00/00/07 , and complete a wage order form by 00/00/07 for all future payments. The wage order provides that your bankruptcy payment will be taken out of your paycheck. You can avoid entering this wage order order if you pay the $00.00 in back payments immediately.

However, if you do not pay this amount immediately then you will need to make up the $00.00 in back payments over 6 months with $00.00 dollar installments each month beginning 00/00/07. This payment is in addition to your regular monthly payment and you will need to send the $00.00 dollar payment directly to the trustee. Your regular payment will be drafted from your paycheck once the wage order takes affect. Please be aware you must continue making your payments until you see them being taken from your paycheck.

I have enclosed a copy of the interlocutory order and a copy of the wage order form which needs to be sent to the trustee’s office within 10 days from the date of this letter. Please be aware that if you fail to follow this order, your case will be dismissed without further notice. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

It is our sincerest desire to make sure that you are pleased with our services. Please feel free to give our information to anyone that you know who is in need of our services. I have enclosed a business card for your convenience.

Sincerely,

Enclosures
