I received your Report for Confirmation and Objection to Confirmation. I have enclosed a copy of the proposed confirmation order for your review. I have changed the first payment due date to 00/00/00, which is within 30 days from the file date of the plan and have provided for variable payments. I have also scheduled Creditor Name to receive their full claim amount of $000.00. This change extended the Debtors Plan to 00 months. However, this has not reduced the amount the unsecured creditors will be paid.
Also, we did receive a notice of return mail for Creditor Name at the 341 Meeting of Creditors. We conferred with our client regarding the address and they confirmed that the XXXX address was correct. We also checked the internet to confirm the address and I have attached a copy for your review. We mailed a copy of the 341 Notice and Proof of Claim back to the same address and it was not returned to our office. I have attached a copy of the certificate of last know address that we have filed with the court.
