Putting questions in writing.

I get many complaints from clients that insist they don’t have access to fax or computer to submit thier questions in writing. Our office accepts questions via 1st class mail and this would be considered a form of submitting a question in writing.

The reason your attorney’s office request questions in writing to allow time for your attorney or paralegal to review your request. Many request may just require a information letter from our office however many questions require research of your file and contacting other attorney offices to resolve the matter. Any questions sent to your attorney’s office should be replied to within 24-48 hours.

You are also welcome to drop of your questions at any of the office locations. Please make sure that you provide your full names, case number, current address and current phone numbers when submitting your quesitons in writing.
