10 Day Notice of Default
If your mortgage or auto creditor files a 10 day notice of default then this amount be paid current by due date or stay will terminate. This means that your property/vehicle will not longer have the protection of the bankruptcy. The Debtor will then be required to make arrangements directly with creditor in effort to maintain the collateral.
Debtor must contact Attorney’s office after resolving this matter with creditor to have Chapter 13 plan assessed and necessary modifications be filed with court.
