10 Day Notice of Default

If your mortgage or auto creditor files a 10 day notice of default then this amount be paid current by due date or stay will terminate. This means that your property/vehicle will not longer have the protection of the bankruptcy. The Debtor will then be required to make arrangements directly with creditor in effort to maintain the collateral.
